Key Responsibilities:

Package Management: Oversee and manage small civil engineering packages, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, manage their performance, and handle day-to-day queries, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards.
Cost Control: Assist in cost planning and monitoring, ensuring the project stays on budget and within agreed financial parameters.
Procurement Support: Assist with procurement processes, including preparing tender documents and managing the selection of subcontractors.
Contract Administration: Ensure that contract terms are adhered to, managing any necessary variations and claims.
Reporting: Regularly update senior management on project progress, budgets, and any potential risks or issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Strong background in subcontract management and package oversight
Excellent understanding of cost control, procurement, and contract administration
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Good communication and negotiation skills
Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred but not essential).This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to work on Major Infrastructure projects with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
