Are you ready to make a real difference in people's lives? Join our client, a Housing Association as a Recovery Navigator and be part of a dedicated team committed to empowering individuals on their journey to recovery.
As a Recovery Navigator at within this organisation, you will be at the forefront of supporting individuals in their path towards improved mental health and well-being. Your role will be critical in providing guidance, advocacy, and practical assistance to those in need, making a meaningful impact every day.

Contribute to improving mental health and well-being in the community. Preferred Requirements:

Previous experience in mental health or recovery support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of advocacy and support services.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Empathetic and non-judgmental approach. Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant qualification in mental health, counselling, social work, or related field.
Certification in mental health first aid or equivalent is advantageous.

26 days annual leave rising by one day each year up to a maximum of 30 days after five years.
