About the role:

This part-time KS1 teaching role offers a competitive daily rate of £160–£210, depending on experience, and involves working three days per week on an ongoing basis. Created to meet growing enrollment demands, the position is an exciting new addition to the school’s thriving team. You will teach a well-behaved class of 28 eager learners, supported by a dedicated teaching assistant, providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Application Requirements: To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a track record of effective teaching in KS1.
• Expertise in delivering the UK national curriculum with a creative and engaging approach.
• Strong classroom management skills and an inclusive teaching style.
• The ability to plan, assess, and adapt lessons to cater to a range of learning needs, including SEN.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with staff, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum.
• Foster a positive learning environment that nurtures the social and academic development of all pupils.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources and strategies for innovative teaching.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, maintaining open communication.
