Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Assisting in the delivery of personalised educational programs to meet individual student needs

* Providing one-on-one and group interventions to support SEMH development

* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and pastoral leads

* Supporting lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom management

* Taking part in enrichment activities such as horticulture, fitness, and creative arts programs

* Observing, tracking, and evaluating student progress to contribute to tailored learning plans
