IT Manager

Are you looking for an IT Manager role where you would be the only IT person managing their IT systems in the Oxfordshire area? If so, I have the ideal opportunity for you.
My client is looking for someone to take ownership of their IT systems/infrastructure. They currently employ 35 people and have been ‘getting by’ to date. But they are expecting to grow to 70 people over the next 2 years and now need someone to take ownership of their IT and put IT systems in place to support the business growth.
They are looking for someone with a very broad technical background able to support and grow their IT infrastructure across Desktop, Network and Server. They currently have a mix of on-prem and Cloud-based systems.
Their current IT platform has been designed to be as ‘standard’ as possible allowing it to be as much of a blank canvas as possible. This person will be fully empowered to change the existing systems to benefit the business.
They are open to Senior/experienced IT Engineers looking to take a step up into being fully responsible for the IT Systems. Or someone with prior experience of doing this kind of role.
You will ideally have experience with small user base environments.
They currently outsource their 1st line support to an IT service provider.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern well-funded company with exciting growth plans. You will be given full responsibility for their IT systems and a free hand to make any changes and create an infrastructure to support their growth plans.
