Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and treatment to patients within a GP practice setting.
- Carry out assessments, vaccinations, wound care, and chronic disease management (e.g., asthma, diabetes).

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
- Experience working as a Practice Nurse in a primary care setting.

- Strong communication skills and a team player.
