This is a superb opportunity with a very forward-thinking and well respected GP practice, looking to add another Clinical Pharmacist to the team. The practice offers superb progression and development opportunities and is very supportive with any areas of interest. Work closely with another Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician as part of a wither MDT with a superb staff retention rate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a prescribing Clinical Pharmacist with experience in Primary Care.

Salary –  £50,000 - £55,000 FTE DOE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays + Paid Indemnity

Your role –

Ideally full time but open to less. (Full time over 4 days is an option)
Medication reviews, reconciliation, switching etc. Support delivery of QOF, counselling patients, compliance, etc.
Work closely with another Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician
No home visits required
