About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join the front-of-house team at a prestigious London university. This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of a vibrant and diverse academic community, providing exceptional service to students, staff, and visitors.
As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in delivering a welcoming and efficient reception service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist students, staff, and visitors with a warm and approachable demeanor.
* Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate responses or redirection.
* Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with relevant materials.
* Provide general administrative support, including handling mail, booking rooms, and updating records.
* Address general inquiries about university services and direct individuals to the appropriate departments.
* Support event coordination by assisting with logistics and providing on-the-day reception services.
* Monitor and report any health, safety, or security concerns in the reception area.

* A positive attitude and adaptability to handle diverse challenges.
