We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Class Teacher to join the talented team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking school that is committed to both academic excellence and the holistic development of every child.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for KS2, fostering a love for learning and critical thinking.
Differentiate lessons to cater to the individual needs of all pupils, ensuring that every child is challenged and supported to achieve their potential.
Use assessment data effectively to monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, contributing to a positive school culture.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom, creating a safe and inclusive environment where children feel confident and valued.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and share best practices, contributing to the continued success of the school.
What We Are Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS2.
A proven track record of high-quality teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
A passion for education and a commitment to promoting high standards of achievement and personal development.
Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive learning environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the wider life of the school.
