Your Role:

As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:

* Picking and packing products (requires lifting up to 25kg).

* Keeping the packer stocked with trays and stacking/packing finished products.

* Assisting Machine Operators during product changeovers.

* Responding to production requests promptly and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

* Adhering to high standards of health and safety.

Available Shift Patterns:

We offer a range of flexible shift options:

* Monday-Friday Days: 07:00–16:00 (1x 15-minute paid break and 1x 30-minute unpaid break).

* 4 on 4 off Days: 06:00–18:00 (2x 15-minute paid breaks and 1x 30-minute unpaid break).

* Monday-Thursday Nights: Mon/Tues/Wed: 18:00–04:30, Thurs: 16:00–02:30 (2x 15-minute paid breaks and 1x 30-minute unpaid break).

* Flexibility and self-motivation to handle a variety of responsibilities.

* Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential—full training is provided.
