About the Role: MET Strip/Fitter Technician

As a MET Strip/Fitter Technician in our Glasgow Bodyshop, you'll be a key player in our vehicle repair process. Your responsibilities will include:

* Dismantling and reassembling vehicles to meet manufacturer standards.

* Performing detailed inspections to assess damage and determine repair needs.

* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.

* Collaborating with a skilled team to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.

* Maintaining a clean, safe workspace in line with health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Proven experience as a MET Strip/Fitter or a similar position in the Bodyshop industry.

* In-depth technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair methods.

* Proficiency with diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.

* Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

* Problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.

* Relevant qualifications (e.g., SVQ Level 3 or equivalent) – an advantage.
