Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: New Ash Green
Pay: £160 to £260 per day (via PAYE)

Vision for Education is working in partnership with a large special school in New Ash Green for pupils with Profound, Severe and Complex needs. We are seeking a dedicated, caring and compassionate Teacher who is keen to nurture SEN children.

The Role

Establish a safe and stimulating environment for pupils where children feel confident and comfortable to work to the best of their ability
Plan and deliver engaging learning daily, developing exciting and innovative methods that stimulate interest and excitement in the classroom
Recognise that each child is unique and adapt teaching styles appropriately to facilitate effective learning experiences
Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and comfortable learning environment
Highlight and celebrate each individual pupil’s achievements and inform pupils how they can improve further
Work collaboratively as part of a multi-agency approach
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status
Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in an educational setting
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
