The Role

As the ASB Manager, you will:

Lead and develop a proactive ASB strategy, ensuring effective handling of cases.

Work closely with residents, community stakeholders, and enforcement agencies to resolve issues and promote a positive living environment.

Oversee a team, providing guidance and support to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies while adopting innovative approaches to tackle ASB.

The ideal candidate will:

Have a proven track record in managing ASB cases within the housing sector.

Be confident in leading multi-agency collaborations and conflict resolution.

Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Show a genuine commitment to improving communities and enhancing residents’ quality of life
