As a Store Manager at Heron Foods, you will demonstrate unmatched leadership by guiding your team to excel in a fast-paced, community-focused retail environment. Supported by your Area Manager, you'll develop robust succession plans and nurture top talent, ensuring the ongoing success and expansion of Team Heron as a leading discount retailer. A salary of up to circa ££34,986 plus bonus opportunity

Store Manager Essential skills and/or experience:

Experience within a similar retail role at Store Management level.
A record in the achievement of the development of teams and accomplishment of results.
A genuine passion for retail, customer and product.
