Senior Account Manager

Location: Canterbury

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + OTE

This firm is a reputable MSP who specialises in Cyber Security & provide tailored IT solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and growth for our clients. The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships with our clients, making us a trusted name in the industry.  

As well as selling Cyber Security & Cyber Essentials, you’ll also be expected to sell Cloud Solutions, IT Services & IT Support. 

What You'll Do:

As an Account Manager, you will:

Business Development: You’ll be expected to go out prospecting to develop the client base – this will involve the full 360 sales cycle.
Drive Client Success: Understand our clients' businesses and help them achieve their goals through tailored IT solutions.
Manage Accounts Efficiently: Oversee all aspects of client accounts, from onboarding to ongoing support and project management.What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in account management, having specifically worked for an MSP.  Candidates need to have knowledge/experience of Cyber Security sales.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can manage multiple accounts and projects with minimal supervision.
Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering top-notch service.What We Offer:
