FM Conway are searching for an enthusiastic Plant Operative to join us at our Theale Asphalt Plant. Working a mixture of day and night shifts, you will join us on a permanent basis.

As our Plant Operative you will need to operate the plant and associated equipment to facilitate production of materials for our customer’s needs.

Responsibilities of our Plant Operative

- Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner that complies with FMC procedures

- Loading of material onto vehicles

- Undertaking all loading shovel operations as required

- Operating all weighbridge functions as required

- Following site Health & Safety procedures

- Contributing to overall well-being and profitability of the site and the business

What we’re looking for in our Plant Operative

To be considered for this role It is essential that you are a team player, with good communications skills and a full UK driving license. You will be flexible, computer literate and health and safety conscious. Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable.
