Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £28-30K + OTE: £45K+
Our client is a growing, and ambitious technology business that has just had its best year. They're looking to capitalise by adding to their thriving sales team in Manchester, by adding Business Development Executive's.
You'll join a lively, social team in Manchester, and work for an impressive Sales Leader who is passionate, loves developing people drives a positive culture, and was promoted internally
Business Development Executive's will receive a 1st class training program & expect to be competent in only 3 months. Progression happens every 12 months when you hit target & 33% of advertised roles in this company are filled with internal promotions.
The package:

The day to day:
* Sell to Existing & Lapsed Clients: Re-engage past clients and grow relationships with current ones.
* Make 40+ Calls Daily: Maintain consistent outreach to prospects and clients.
* Use Solution-Based Sales: Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Educate on Products & Market Trends: Share insights on offerings and industry developments.
* Manage Full Sales Process: From prospecting to closing, control your pipeline and earnings.
* Collaborate with Internal Teams: Ensure smooth sales cycles through cross-department coordination.
* Work Autonomously: Apply your personal style and strategies for success.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience handling the full 360 sales cycle.
