In this role, you will be responsible for training & lecturing apprentices going for their Welding qualifications. You will play an important part in inspiring apprentices to fulfil their potential and develop the skills to become qualified Welders & Fabricators.

The successful candidate for this role will be a qualified Welder & Fabricator who has a solid level of industry experience and would like to move into a Trainer role.

This opportunity would suit a Welder/Fabricator who wants to make a career change and help other people by making an impact on the next generation of engineers work for an employer that will invest heavily in their training, has excellent career prospects on offer and provides a generous range of benefits.

The Role:

Delivering training sessions & lectures to apprentices

Full teacher training provided

Helping to improve & develop the learning & training materials

Welding & Fabrication qualification
