Murray McIntosh is currently working with a leading engineering and maintenance provider who are seeking a Subcontracts Manager to join the team on a permanent basis as detailed below:

Responsibilities:

Lead the current team of Subcontractors
Ensure projects are completed to expected levels, on time and on budget
Reviewing progress and approving risk management recommendations
Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met working with the wider SHEQ teamRequirements:

Effective experience in change management
A proven track record delivering projects with Subcontractors/ Supplier Network
Strong technical experience in Automations and Controls or similar engineering disciplines
NEC Contractual awareness
Willing to travel to client sites as and when required
A good commercial acumen, managing technical, cost, schedule, and contract baselines
