Salary: OTE £120k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to manage multiple offices in Berkshire for a multi award winning, highly regarded national Estate Agency.

This a pivotal role, with the main objective being to maximise turnover and profitability, generate and develop new and existing business opportunities, provide exceptional service to the clients, ensure staff comply with all legislations, support and manage the team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background as a Sales Director/Senior Sales Manager, you will have senior management experience and will be ready to fulfil and develop this role. 

The Company: Our client is an award-winning independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and multiple local offices in and around London and the home counties who specialise in residential property sales.

Skills required for this Regional Sales Director role will include:

Significant experience in Estate Agency
Held a Senior Branch Management level position within the industry
Extensive business development background in Estate Agency
Highly driven and target orientated
Full Driving License essential
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
Written and implemented exciting sales and marketing strategies
Excellent track record of success
Strong Leader
