Senior Salesforce Administrator - Greater Bristol Area - New

Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

A leading organisation requires a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join its fantastic growing team.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

* Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.

* Proficiency in data management and security, including data imports, exports, and data quality.

* Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.

* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required; Advanced Administrator (ADM 301) and other relevant certifications are highly preferred.

Desirable:

* Experience with Salesforce Lightning, including Lightning components and App Builder.

* Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce development best practices.

* Experience with third-party applications and integrations, such as marketing automation tools, Data Cloud, Einstein.

* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

* Previous experience in a senior or lead role.
