Bid Writer - a leading building contractor is searching for a Bid Writer to join the expanding pre-construction team based in Derbyshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a Bid Writer to play a key role in the successful work winning team of a privately-owned contractor.

Requirements:
- Experience of understanding bid procedures and responding to tenders and framework bids
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft packages etc.
- Ability to motivate and work as part of a team
- Professional writing skills

Key Duties:
- Help to secure frameworks and competitively tendered schemes
- Assist in the tender process and submit work-winning bids
- Develop bid strategy best-practice tendering
- Attend PQQ and bid meetings

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £32,000 - £38,000 (DOE)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Bid Writer / Bid Coordinator with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor.
