MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Shildon area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position.

The Job You’ll Do;

* Working on a fast paced production environment

* Safely use a variety of machinery to manufacture the product

* Using hand tools to assemble products

* Working on the mutations line involves usage of basic press machines that are pre-set

* Completing visual quality inspection and completing quality assurance paperwork

* Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

* General housekeeping duties and following specific standard operations and being able to adhere to social distancing is required

About You;

* Used to working in a fast paced production environment.

* Focused on quality and able to produce products to a high standard.

Working either independently or within a team.

* Achieve team objectives.

* Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.

* Ability to set and operate the DET and press section of the production line.

* Self-motivated and work towards achieving set KPI’s

* Able to work well within a team and as an individual within the manual operation of the lay-up area.

* Ability to learn and follow quality expectations/standards.

* Punctual, self-conscious and willing to be flexible, including overtime

* Able to work any required shifts, with the correct notice period.

* Ability to scan job travellers and follow basic computer system (scanning)
