About the Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored lessons and supporting students with physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and autism. You will collaborate with a skilled team of support staff to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment. 🏫

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Plan and deliver lessons that meet the unique needs of students with SEN, ensuring accessibility and engagement for all.
🔹 Work closely with teaching assistants and specialists to adapt materials and strategies for individual learning plans (IEPs).
🔹 Foster students' independence and confidence through creative teaching methods and supportive interventions.
🔹 Monitor and assess student progress, contributing to the development and evaluation of IEPs.
🔹 Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for each student.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent SEN-specific teaching qualifications.
✔️ Proven experience working with students who have complex needs in a school setting.
✔️ Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
✔️ A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to supporting students with SEN.
✔️ Flexibility, creativity, and patience to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
