The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll be at the heart of building operations, ensuring smooth performance and safety across a variety of systems. From routine maintenance to solving technical challenges, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Delivering planned and reactive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Ensuring all work meets compliance and safety standards.
Collaborating with colleagues and contractors to achieve top-tier service delivery.
Identifying and implementing system improvements for efficiency and performance.

Who We're Looking For:

A multi-skilled engineer with strong experience in a commercial or FM environment.
Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems with relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ).
A proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
