The Role:

As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in various secondary schools across Ely and the surrounding areas. This role offers both regular and ad-hoc opportunities, with the potential for long-term assignments depending on your availability and preferences.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across a range of subjects (depending on your specialism) that inspire and motivate students.
Supporting the implementation of school policies and contributing to school-wide initiatives.
Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring inclusive education for all.
Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Providing constructive feedback on student progress and contributing to their academic achievement.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking qualified teachers who are passionate about education and committed to delivering exceptional teaching. The ideal candidate will:

Hold a recognised teaching qualification and a degree (or equivalent).
Have a proven track record of outstanding teaching practice and effective behaviour management.
Demonstrate experience in lesson observations and providing constructive feedback.
Be capable of contributing to improvement planning to support student achievement.
Have experience teaching at KS3/KS4 and a strong ability to track and monitor pupil progress.
Be adaptable, professional, and ready to work in a range of school environments.
