What's involved?

The successful candidate will be joining a business with an amazing restaurant. Whilst running your own section of a kitchen you will have access to some of the freshest produce and most amazing seafood. You will help mentor the junior members of the team and support their own journey all whilst continuing your own development under the mentoring of an award-winning head chef.
