If you have experience managing housekeeping services within the hospitality sector, this could be the perfect next step in your career The role offers 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Fridays and Sundays off. You’ll work the popular morning shift from 5am to 11am, with flexibility in start and finish times to suit your needs.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of 4 cleaners, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines.
Ensuring all cleaning is done accordingly and timely to high standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Address any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
Coordinate with store management to address specific cleaning needs or concerns.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a cleaning management role, preferably in retail, hotels, or similar environments.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and manage equipment.
