About the Role
As a Slitter Operator, you will play a key role in supporting production by operating slitting machines efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the Slitting Machine to ensure optimal production.
Maintain quality control standards throughout the shift.
Keep the work area clean, organised, and compliant with company standards.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Strong attendance and punctuality.
Proficient in English (Entry Level 3 or above).
Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Highly organised and self-motivated.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
