Concierge

Location: Southwest London

Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience

4 days on, 4 days off – 7 AM to 5 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a professional Concierge / Resident Services Officer to deliver exceptional front-of-house services in a luxury residential building. You will manage resident queries, oversee security, coordinate maintenance, and ensure the cleanliness of common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Resident and Guest Assistance: Welcome residents and guests, manage queries, provide information about amenities, and handle deliveries.

Visitor Management: Register and monitor visitors while enforcing security protocols.

Communication: Act as the main contact for residents, relaying concerns and maintaining professional communication.

Security and Safety: Monitor security measures, conduct safety checks, and respond to emergencies.

Maintenance Coordination: Log maintenance requests, liaise with contractors, and oversee the upkeep of the building.

Cleaning and Upkeep: Ensure common areas are clean, manage waste collection, and maintain outdoor spaces.

General Management: Handle keys and inventory for building supplies.

Key Competencies:

Strong customer service skills and discretion.

Detail-oriented and proactive.

Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Good communication skills and basic computer literacy.
