Talent Link Recruitment is hiring for a client looking for an experienced Mattress Tufter / Tape Edger to join our client's team. This hands-on role combines tufting and tape edging to ensure the structure, durability, and smooth finish of each mattress.

Key Responsibilities:

* Tufting: Skillfully insert tufts (buttons or stitches) through mattress layers to secure springs, padding, and foam, ensuring each tuft is even and secure to prevent material shifting.

* Tape Edging: Operate a tape-edge machine to sew and secure mattress edges with consistent tension for a durable, high-quality finish.

* Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to meet strict standards.

* Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in mattress tufting, tape edging, or similar roles in upholstery or mattress production.

* Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and knowledge of mattress materials and construction techniques.

* Ability to operate tufting and tape-edge machines with precision and care.

* Team-oriented mindset, committed to quality and durability.
