Job Title: Warehouse Despatch Administrator

Location: Head Office near St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
(40 hours per week, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Pay increase after 3-month probation period
Role Overview:

Seeking an adaptable and motivated Despatch Administrator to oversee the UK sales dispatch process. The role serves as a key link between admin and the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate shipping. Experience with courier systems (e.g., FedEx, DPD) is preferred.

Warehouse Admin Key Responsibilities:

Create despatch labels using courier software.
Ensure correct labelling of parcels and pallets.
Book UK pallet collections and manage shipment quotes.
Support export admin tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with the warehouse, sales, and other departments.
Warehouse Admin Person Specification

Experience with MS Office, email, and courier systems (e.g., FedEx, DPD).
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
Prior experience in a similar role.
Ability to drive (due to location).
