Customer Support & Sales Coordinator
About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Our Clients business and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth. You'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting our external sales team to boost revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with internal teams.
* Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product information, and address customer needs with professionalism.
* Sales Support: Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and identify upsell opportunities to drive business growth.
* New Business Development: Research and engage potential clients, introducing them to our product offerings.
* Reporting & Collaboration: Maintain accurate records, report on KPIs, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B setting.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and a track record of meeting sales targets.
* A proactive, results-driven attitude with a collaborative mindset.
Location & Hours:
* Based at head office, this is a full-time role during normal business hours, with occasional out-of-hours support as needed.
