What you’ll be doing:
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you’ll work with students who need more than academic guidance. You’ll be there to build confidence and develop skills that’ll empower them to succeed in school and beyond.

Who are we looking for?
* You’re empathetic, patient and passionate about supporting young people.
* You’re open to learning and growing in a rewarding environment.
* You’ve got great communication skills and a genuine desire to help students reach their potential.
What you’ll need:
* An Enhanced DBS (or be willing to complete one)
* Maybe you have a TA Qualification, or perhaps you have experience supporting individuals with SEMH. (But we can chat about that)
* Driving License and access to own car essential due to location.
* Have a genuine passion for helping others
* To be creative and adaptable – No two students are the same
Additional Information:
* Start Date: ASAP
* Full time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30
* Salary - £90 - £100 a day depending on experience.
* Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
