About the Role:
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be instrumental in providing high-quality, enabling care, facing new challenges and rewards daily. Your leadership and expertise are key to our success.
 
Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of person-centred support plans.
Promote independence and manage risks effectively.
Encourage positive relationships and healthy lifestyles.
Facilitate effective communication and maintain accurate records.
Oversee medication processes and ensure compliance.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
Mentor and supervise junior staff, providing guidance and support.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.
