Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
Oversee supplier relationships and optimise sourcing to improve efficiency.
Ensure purchasing aligns with operational goals and budget.
Manage a small procurement team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in a procurement/purchasing role within a manufacturing environment.
Proven success in crafting and executing procurement strategies.
Strong understanding of supplier management, negotiation, and contract oversight.
Excellent analytical skills, especially in interpreting data and market trends.
Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communicator, adept at building and maintaining strong relationships.
