The Role of Business Development Representative:
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in fueling our growth by identifying and engaging with high-potential startup and scale-up clients. Your mission is to open doors, spark conversations, and create opportunities that lead to long-lasting partnerships.
What do we want to see from a Business Development Representative?
Lead Generation: Identify and research prospective clients, focusing on startups and early-stage growth businesses.
Outreach: Use email, LinkedIn, and creative approaches to engage decision-makers and spark interest in our services.
Pitching: Clearly communicate the value of our Embedded Talent Solutions and tailor your pitch to each client’s unique needs.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organised and up-to-date CRM, tracking your outreach and follow-up activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and talent teams to align messaging and refine targeting strategies.
Market Insight: Stay on top of industry trends to identify new opportunities and position our business as a trusted partner.
What You’ll Need:
Experience: Proven success in sales, business development, or recruitment (bonus points for experience with startups).
Communication Skills: A natural conversationalist with excellent written and verbal skills.
Eager & Curiosity: You thrive in fast-paced environments and love understanding how businesses grow and scale.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and outreach platforms to generate leads.
Resilience: You’re not afraid of rejection and see every “no” as a step closer to a “yes.”
