Are you an aspiring Sales Manager with a background in fenestration seeking training and the opportunity to lead and manage your own sales team?

On offer is the opportunity to lead and work within a small dynamic team where you will sell a variety of bespoke products, such as uPVC window and doors, to achieve targets, develop strategies to increase sales and build strong customer relationships.

This company has been established for over 45 years and are a specialist large-scale fabricator and door manufacturer, supplying windows, doors and roofing systems in London and the Southeast areas.

This role would ideally suit an aspiring sales manager who has experience reading computer aided design drawings and has led their own team.

The Role:

Lead and manage sales team of 5
Create and track sales targets
Troubleshoot Window Designer and Logikal software issues & updates
Read technical CAD drawings
Main point of contact for clients and customers
The Person:

Sales Management experience
Ability to read CAD drawings
Proficient in window designer software
Experience in B2B environment
