Residential Finishing Site Manager
Location: Stapleford Abbotts
Duration: 3 months (Potential extension to 6 months)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day paid

Our client is a reputable construction company specialising in luxury residential development projects. We are seeking an experienced Residential Finishing Site Manager to join their team on-site at a project located in Stapleford Abbotts. This is a temporary position with an initial contract of up to 3 months, with a potential extension based on project requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the finishing stages of a residential development project, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.
Manage and supervise a team of workers, ensuring effective communication and coordination to complete tasks on time.
Conduct snagging inspections and oversee the completion of all finishing touches, including painting, carpentry, and other aesthetic details.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and standards throughout the finishing process.
Requirements:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card holder.
Proven experience in a similar role, managing the finishing stages of residential construction projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, contractors, and clients.
