Join Our Dynamic Team as a Workshop Coordinator at Gel Engineering
Gel Engineering seeks a skilled Workshop Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in coordinating jobs and providing essential administrative support to ensure the workshop is efficient.
What you would be doing as a Workshop Coordinator:

Preparing and organising information, creating, and updating documents and spreadsheets and filing them in digital and paper form according to company procedures.
*
Coordination of incoming and outgoing jobs.
*
Managing timelines on jobs and works.
*
Data entry and database maintenance.
*
Assisting colleagues whenever necessary.
*
Assisting preparation and processing quotations and purchase orders.
*
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company and industry policies, procedures, and legislation.
*
Ensuring all goods in and goods out are booked in, identified, and marked for each job/stored accordingly.
*
Manage items for quarantine, liaising with asset department to organise repair / collection.
*
Manage phone calls and correspondents (email, letters, packages etc.), and material/parts deliveries
*
Communicating (phone, text, and email) with GEL sites and customers about delivery status.
*
General office administration – copying, filing etc.
What you should bring to the role:

Proven experience and competency of being within an administrative function.
*
Good time management.
*
Good planning, organisation, and attention to detail skills.
*
Good teamworking skills.
*
IT literate with an excellent knowledge of MS Office.
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*
Good customer service.
