Nurse Unit Manager - Neuro rehab and Mental Health   

Location: Outskirts of Oldham

Shifts: Days only (Apply online only)

36 hours - 3 days a week including 2 weekends a month every other weekend (shift pattern)
42 hours- Week 1 4 days Week 2 - 3 days a week including 2 weekends a month every other weekend (shift pattern)

Salary: £22.81 per hour ( £44,655 per annum based on 42 hours per week )

Appoint Healthcare are proud to be partner with an extremely reputable, growing and forward-thinking leading national provider of health and social care services for adults living with complex needs arising from dementia, learning disabilities, neuro-disabilities including brain injuries, mental health conditions and physical disabilities. Together we are seeking an Experienced Nurse ( RGN, RMN or RNLD ) for 2x Days only Unit Manager roles within newly opened unit located South of Oldham, easily commutable from both Oldham, Manchester and Stockport. 1x RMN supporting the Mental Health Unit and 1x RGN Supporting the neuro unit

Requirements:

Relevant Nursing Qualification ( RMN, RGN or RNLD )
Minimum 2 years UK Nursing experience
If working on the Neuro unit Tracheostomy trained
Valid NMC Registration with no restrictions 
Experience in leading a team
Eligibility to Live and Work in the UK ( British Passport Holder )
Strong Team working skills
A high level of self motivation and a flexible approach
A positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate
