Job description
Position: Converting Operator
Hourly Rate: £12.27  (with potential for increase)
Key Responsibilities:

Operating Machinery: Utilize converting machinery in a manufacturing setting to facilitate production processes efficiently.
Previous Experience: Preference for candidates with prior experience operating converting machinery, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to comprehend and troubleshoot machinery issues effectively, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.
Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail to uphold quality standards throughout the production process.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve production targets and resolve any operational challenges that arise.
Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors, following instructions accurately to meet production requirements.
Physical Requirements: Possess physical stamina to withstand the demands of the role, including the ability to lift and move heavy objects as necessary.Additional Requirements:

Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and production needs.
