Are you ready to bring your construction knowledge and project coordination skills to a dynamic team where your contributions drive success?

I am working closely with a leading modular contractor who are on the lookout for a pre-construction coordinator to join the team. You'll be reporting into the Head of Pre-construction and working closely with the commercial manager to support the pre-construction, sales and wider teams whilst also being client facing yourself.

This is an exciting role where you'll be working on a variety of projects across the education, healthcare and wider commercial sectors. You'll be an instrumental part of the team helping to win tenders and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal handover meetings and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Identify and mitigate risks in financial, design, production, and contractual aspects.
Collaborate with teams to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
Review tender documents, manage subcontractor quotations, and liaise with design and sales teams.Experience and Qualifications:

Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
Basic understanding of construction documents, terminology, and Building Regulations.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
