🛠️ The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Residential Care Assistant, you will:
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance their quality of life.
* Work collaboratively with staff to maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment.
* Document care provided and report any changes in residents’ health or needs.
🎓 What You’ll Need
We welcome carers at all levels of experience – training is provided
* Kindness and Empathy: The most important qualities you’ll need.
* A desire to make a positive impact on residents’ lives.
* Preferred but Not Required: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care and prior care experience.
