ABOUT THE COMPANY:

This company is a leading logistics company based in Cosby, and they are seeking a dynamic, and commercially minded Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven finance professional to play a key role in shaping financial strategies, improving profitability and driving performance within a fast paced, dynamic industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, proving accurate financial information to support key business decisions.

* Produce variance analysis and investigate discrepancies in costs, budgets, and forecasts.

* Partner with department heads to develop budgets and forecast future financial performance.

* Support the development and implementation of financial models to improve cost efficiencies.

* Monitor cash flow, profitability and overall financial health of the business, providing insightful reporting to senior management.

* Manage the month end and year end processes.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role, you need to have proven experience in management accounting with strong financial analysis and reporting skills and the ability to influence key decision makers. Furthermore, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive hands on approach.
