Benefits include (but are not exclusive to):

Starting salary of c.£40k based on Mon – Fri, with additional regular overtime at 1.3x, 1.5x and 2x pay (leading to actual salaries of £45k+)

Gold JIB Card, with Inspection and Testing qualifications (either on the JIB card or alongside it)
Full, clean driving licence (There will be travel around London involved in this role)
IPAF is NOT essential, but is a bonus
Relevant experience in commercial install and Inspection & Testing, and preferably experience within Facilities ManagementThis company has secured long-term contracts with multi-million-pound retailers, eradicating the ‘man in the van’ approach whilst offering job security and regular, full-time commercial work. Your duties will include working on commercial jobs, such as offices, government, and commercial buildings, installing remedial works, PPM to minimise the future chance of both potentially dangerous and expensive issues, as well as Inspection and Testing to check for energy wastage to help your customers save money and have a better impact on the environment.
