Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Project Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Electrical Project Manager, will manage a team during the complete project lifecycle and have be required to co-ordinate all project elements including development of budgets, plans, work schedules and other technical activities relating to the project.
The Electrical Project Manager, will be responsible for:
* Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned technical and engineering projects
* Translating client needs and organising practical terms into required timelines to be met by the team
* Maintaining cleanliness to ensure health and safety standards on-site
* Resolving any problems with the team, plans and budget to ensure that the project flows smoothly
* Identifying potential problems with the project, leading the team into developing solutions and ensuring that they are implemented
* Hosting frequent meetings with teams to build morale and inform them of their daily activities
* Ensuring that all legal requirements are met throughout the project
* Working with third-party contractors to develop viable time scales and working practices
To be successful for this Electrical Project Engineer​​​​​​​ role you must have:
* Previous Experience in an Electrcial Project Manager role.
* Your 18th Edition, 2391, NVQ Level 3 and AM2 Qualifications.
* A stroing technical knowledge.
* Previous exoperience managing FM maintenance Engineers and Projects.
* Previous experience working in a critical environment.
