We are looking for a dedicated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team, playing a key role in maintaining production equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will be a time-served maintenance engineer with previous experience in a manufacturing setting. Those with excellent problem-solving skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a proactive, independent working style will excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and building services.
* Diagnose and resolve unplanned issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
* Coordinate and execute scheduled preventive maintenance programmes.
* Maintain detailed records of breakdowns, maintenance activities, and spare parts inventory.
* Drive improvements to processes and systems for greater operational efficiency.

The company offers a competitive salary of £40,000, alongside a 4% bonus, life assurance (3x salary), pension contributions matched up to 5%, generous holiday entitlement, and additional benefits such as parking and vouchers.
