Job title: Latvian Interpreter

Location: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. Mindelsohn Way B15 2GW

Length: 3 months contract subject to extend

Work hours: Mon - Fri standard hours

Pay Rate: £30-40/hour PAYE

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Latvian Interpreter for a FM Services and Engineering company.

In this role you will assist with drafting an absence letter, provide interpretation during a disciplinary hearing, and support with general administrative translation tasks as needed. Some of other duties include;

Translate and draft an absence notification letter in Latvian

*

Attend an administrative disciplinary hearing to provide live interpretation

*

Support with ad-hoc interpretation and translation tasks as required

*

Ensure accurate, professional, and confidential communication in all translations

*

Collaborate with administrative team to clarify any procedural or language details

Key Skills/Experience:

*

Fluency in both Latvian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

*

Proven experience in translation and interpretation, especially in professional or administrative settings

*

Ability to convey complex information accurately and confidentially

*

Strong attention to detail and understanding of formal documentation language

*

Flexibility to handle ad-hoc tasks and adapt to various administrative needs
