Chartered Building Surveyor

Person Specification:

* Qualified to degree or equivalent in relevant Building Surveying qualification

* MRICS – Chartered

* Excellent communication and client liaison skills

* Drive to progress

Roles & Responsibilities:

With a broad range of local and national clients, you will have exposure across a range of projects and professional instructions, to include but not limited to:

* Dilapidations

* Technical due diligence acquisition surveys

* Schedules of condition

* PPM’s

* Reinstatement cost assessments

* Advising clients about building/property issues, which can include technical, financial, legal, environmental/sustainability, building regulation, and restoration matters

* Produce defined and accurate instructions to external consultants to undertake detailed planned maintenance surveys, structural surveys etc. as and when required

* Providing project services including feasibility studies, cost consultancy, project management and administering contracts

* Client liaisons

Salary & Package:

Package from £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, dependant on experience.

* Bonus

* New business commission – 5% of 1st years’ client billing for new client

* Car allowance

* Holiday entitlement 30 days per annum, which includes a Well-being Day and your birthday plus the standard Bank Holidays
